Having another bad day. Really bad this time. I should be on cloud nine, but I can't help this overwhelming feeling of inadequacy and melancholy that has infiltrated my brain and taken hold.

Didn't feel like spilling this all over twitter, so today it's DW that gets my depressing confession.

It sounds like you've started to be happy, your brain has panicked and tried to trick you into believing you deserve to be miserable. Shockingly, you *don't* deserve to be miserable but it's hard to believe that when you're really low.
